Confidential
High Contrast Confidential released on the 27th and I have to say I am loving it. I really enjoy Suddenly, and Seven Notes In Black. High Contrast has done various remixes which are also included on the 2 disc set exposing pop music to the less known D&B sound.

The GATEKEEPER to the Depths of the Bassworld
Today I decided to touch a tad on some of the underground Dubstep scene in Bristol. GATEKEEPER rolls with the H.E.N.C.H. crew/label consisting of JAKES, KOMONAZMUK, WEDGE, SUPA, BLAZEY, HEADHUNTER and GATEKEEPER. They are known for pushing the underground scene forward and have had noteworthy releases on D Style Recordings, and Tempa and various other labels.

Eastern Jam Strangeloop Mix
Stumbled across this today. It is really good, a lot better then the Snoop Dog Millionaire mix.
For those of you that do not know strangeloop, he is currently signed to FlyLo's Brainfeeder label.

These Scissors will really cut you
Raffertie's Insane baselines and crazy vocal samples will destroy any party. He has been called "sick in the head" by Mary Anne Hobbs. His music includes influences from Dubstep to Disco.

The Way Music Should & Should Not Be
Dj Exile's Radio Released earlier this year was an incredible new way of looking at music. Everything on the album is sampled from the radio but it does have its drawbacks. It is great to be able to create something from the created but a little bit scary also. I feel that we should pull creativity from others but make sure that we do not steal. J dilla went a similar route and brought about different forms of Hip Hop. Everyone should check out Exile's Radio, it may be the future of sampling.
One of my favorites on the album happens to be here.

Its Deep
There is nothing like kicking back with a cup of coffee in the morning and checking the Burial Untrue Album. The Darkness suggest a deep connection to something greater, maybe something that makes him reclusive that he would like to share with us. It is clear that many hours were spent producing these beautiful soundscapes, and they are so perfectly executed that they feel 100% natural.
